Tahnee Klein, Administration Support
Tahnee brings an impressive 20 years of experience in the construction industry to iBuild. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including general administration, customer support, contracts management, tendering, estimating, bookkeeping, procurement, operations management, and experience across the mining, oil & gas, and trades & services sectors.
She's also highly skilled in job and maintenance scheduling, crew management, marketing (both traditional and digital), and business management. A true multi-tasker and admin guru, Tahnee is the friendly voice you'll hear when you call.
Born on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Tahnee’s passion extends beyond the office. Her free time is filled with freediving and other ocean activities (she considers herself a "mermaid on land"), fishing, spear fishing, and a focus on health and well-being, including medicinal cooking. Green is her favorite color, and her beloved dog, Odie, is her pride and joy. Tahnee also has a keen eye for interior design and styling, possessing a natural talent for transforming spaces into welcoming homes.

Glen Kerr, Director
Meet Glen, the driving force behind iBuild!
With a carpentry apprenticeship completed in 2005 and an open builder's license in hand, Glen brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry to the table. Hailing from North Queensland, he is deeply committed to making a positive impact on his community. His passion lies in guiding young Indigenous people toward success through education and mentorship, while also serving the broader community regardless of background.
Glen’s vision for iBuild includes expanding partnerships with stakeholders in mining, resources, and government sectors & constructing new custom homes for customers. This collaborative approach aims to create more job opportunities—apprenticeships and full-time positions—for both men and women in the community.
Beyond business, he is actively involved in sponsoring local sporting clubs to promote healthy habits and discipline amongst young people. When not working, Glen enjoys fishing, staying fit in their home gym, boating, and exploring the ocean. Orange is his favorite color! HIs favorite aspect of being a builder is witnessing projects from start to finish and the quality of the final product. Friends & staff describe Glen as compassionate, kind, curious, understanding, flexible, a great listener, and an all-around good person.
